Please note a Cancellation fee of 50% may apply if less than 24 hours cancellation notice.

NOTE: Appointments cancelled within 24 hrs during Christmas period /School Holidays will

incur a 100% cancellation fee.

A practitioners availability may be subject to change due to training, illness or other unforeseen events.

Where this occurs, notice will be provided as soon as possible and an alternate date and time offered at the next mutually available time slot.
